2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of mushrooms, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if the product is not as described, damaged, or defective upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately.

3. Refunds

If your mushrooms are delivered damaged, spoiled, or not as described, we will offer a full refund or a replacement(based on your preference). To be eligible for a refund, please provide us with:
